The brand's existing online shop was based on JTL Shop. In addition to its outdated design, there were various technical issues. Making adjustments was complicated and time-consuming. 

The poor brand experience and technical infrastructure had become a hindrance to the growth of the ecommerce business. At the same time, competitors were continuing to expand their online businesses, increasing the pressure to act.

A modern online shop was to be created in line with current best practices. It was important that the relaunch be implemented as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Therefore, as few areas as possible should be customized with programming and, instead, standards should be used wherever possible. It was also important that the internal team be able to maintain the content independently, without needing a developer even for minor adjustments.

Shopify, the most advanced and largest shop system worldwide, was used. The "Dawn" theme developed by Shopify was used as a basis and adapted where necessary to reduce development costs to a minimum. The JTL interface was used to connect the JTL merchandise management system, as this was to continue to be used in contrast to JTL Shop.

The internal team is able to intuitively and independently change all content, such as images, text, videos, or links, using the Shopify Customizer, a drag-and-drop user interface. New products, categories, or pages can also be easily created. Thanks to the lean approach, the project took only six weeks from kick-off to go-live. Sales multiplied in the first three months after the relaunch.

The manufacturer of the O'ccaffè coffee brand sold its products with moderate success via its existing Amazon Seller Account, which was set up as part of a hybrid strategy alongside its Amazon Vendor Account.

The rudimentary advertising campaigns (PPC) were not profitable. It was therefore perfectly clear that the sales and profit potential was not being exploited to anywhere near its full extent.

The new brand identity with high-quality photos and videos was to be transferred to Amazon in order to increase conversion rates. On this basis, it was possible to launch profitable advertising campaigns on Amazon.

The requirement was to significantly increase sales while reducing advertising costs (ACoS) in order to advertise profitably on Amazon. The overall strategy had to be consistent with sales via the Amazon Vendor Account and the retailer business.

Through comprehensive optimization of product pages, including expanded brand content (A+ Content), the purchase rate nearly doubled. The completely redesigned Amazon Brand Store for the O'ccaffè brand completed the new brand presence on Amazon.

Highly efficient advertising campaigns were then developed and implemented. The result was a more than doubling of sales while reducing advertising costs. In addition, both the vendor account and retailers benefited from the new, optimized product and brand content. This further diversified the sales channels.
