Tobias Fischer is one of the leading Shopify specialists in the German-speaking world, with over 10 years of experience in developing, optimizing, and marketing high-performance online stores. Today, he focuses on headless commerce with Shopify Hydrogen, the modern infrastructure for lightning-fast, scalable e-commerce experiences.

At the age of 18, Tobias founded his first e-commerce company: a premium brand for high-quality Apple accessories, which he successfully positioned on the market via his own online store and Amazon. At the same time, he completed a Master of Science in General Management at the PFH Private University of Applied Sciences in Göttingen.

After graduating, he made a conscious decision to start his career in a corporate environment in order to further develop his strategic skills. At the Volkswagen Group, he worked for renowned brands such as Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini – and met his future business partner Matthias Habel there. Together, they founded a fashion accessory brand, which was successfully sold to an investor in 2018.

Today, Tobias Fischer and his agency support growth-oriented companies in establishing and expanding their D2C sales channels. His area of expertise is setting up customized Shopify stores—especially headless solutions based on Shopify Hydrogen. He combines deep technical know-how with a keen sense for conversion optimization, UX, and performance marketing.
