Problem
The d-c-fix brand belongs to the Continental Group and is therefore strongly influenced by the retail business. An Amazon Seller Account already existed and advertising via Amazon PPC had already been placed.
Visibility was low and the campaigns were hardly profitable. At the same time, more and more competitors started selling on or via Amazon, so competitive pressure increased steadily.

Goal
Internally, there was only limited capacity. Therefore, direct improvements in Amazon business were to be achieved without detours by working with an external partner.
